one of my easiest tempeh versions:
i cut the tempeh usually in mouth size pieces.
Marinate with olive oil and salt, then bake till light brown.
Spread basil pesto on the tempeh, add a cups of feta, and cut cherry tomato or sundered tomato, and return just for 2-3min more into the oven.
It's like asian tapas :)
